Finally got around to reading Pater's 𝐼𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝑃𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑡𝑠, on my bookshelf since 2004, according to the pencil'd price inside. This one was printed in 1894, & dozens of the pages were still uncut. I keep a special knife for this purpose.
