"Last, Stone, a little yet;
And then this dust forget.
But thou, fair Rose, bloom on.
For she who is gone
Was lovely too; nor would she grieve to be
Sharing in solitude her dreams with thee."
— Walter de la Mare vis @Isidro_Li
"soft remodel"
1.
in this glorious world · the glamour of perishing
thunders...rip up the rafters to burn
i want not to watch · war take these choices
& the tender hues · Godzilla's feet huddled
bring brillig's brimful · draft away
a duration scorned · a dread saved
cloudtethered marmoset · clearing the maw
2.
eyes versed vainly · in retrospect
squirrel barely squints · where the curb starts
but i dizzy with delving · dingle prospect
hard times heavy · as a wound to know
O bright clowns to come · i counselled otherwise
"Be the lame, sooty-footed god with me instead."
